    UCONN PreK-3 Leadership Program

    University of Connecticut, Neag School of Education

    The UCONN PreK-3 Leadership Academy offers an 11-month program to elementary school principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders, early learning directors/program managers, school superintendents, and other central office directors.

    The program is offered executive style program best serves our intended audience. To ensure optimal learning, the cohort size is limited to twenty. The program has three thirty-hour modules – Curriculum and Instruction; Assessment and Evaluation; and Leading for Equity, Excellence, and Early Success.

    The focus is adult learning with active engagement and relevancy. Cohort members are asked to apply the program content to their organization, with a lens on continuous improvement as they experience learning with researchers and practitioners.
